Are you in your 40’s and confused about your next step? Values are one of the most common sources of stress for mid-life career changers, as you reach that mid-point and wonder if what you do all day is worth doing. Mid-life career change counseling can save you time, cut your learning curve, and help you focus on using your talents, skills, and values to increase satisfaction and happiness.

Coaching for 20-somethings: Even though young people possess degrees, they are often uncertain of what to do with them. We offer coaching and assessments for people of all ages, helping you find direction and explore options to reach career success. You can also use career counseling to embark on the right choice for college and graduate school, confident you are making the good choice for your future.

It is very hard to make a change alone. Our supportive coaching gets you to the desired place. We offer new clients a free 15-minute phone consultation. Our services include:
-Career change and life planning for all ages
- Specialty in mid-life career change and millennials. This includes working with young adults who have not finished college or dropped out of school; Also specialties with persons who want to start their own businesses or look at options for retirement.
Career Assessments - understanding how a variety of personal attributes like interests, personality and aptitudes, impact clients’ potential success and satisfaction with different career options and work environments.
-Use of a stellar assessment called the Highlands Ability Battery, which measures abilities, artistic and musical abilities. Because abilities solidify at the age of 15, knowing one’s abilities can help greatly in choosing education or a career
Also offer the Myers Briggs and the Strong Interest Inventory and the Print ( Unconscious Motivators)
The Myers-Briggs looks at how people perceive the world around them and make decisions. The underlying assumption of the MBTI is that we all have hard-wired preferences in the way we understand our experiences, and these preferences underlie our interests, jobs, values, and careers.

The Strong is an interest inventory often used in career counseling. It is based on the idea that there are six types of people and six corresponding types of work environments.

Unconscious motivators or PRINT are the driving force behind actions and decisions. Knowing these unconscious motivators can help
Direct one to a certain career and provide information for your motivational identity.

- Use of narrative writing to do reflection on your childhood, peak moments in your life to gain insight into your present motivations and desires
Clients will walk away with the clarity to:

Identify their own talents, skills and motivation that they can use for a more satisfying job or to return to school

Increase their self esteem to help them go forward in any career or life setting

Become their own best researcher or connector to find their passion and successful place in the world
